At Saxtys we want to make your event as simple and stress-free as possible.

With this in mind we have made a straight forward brochure to give you an understanding of what we have to offer and what each room brings.

Please note these are guideline prices and everything you wish to have for your event can be discussed with our events manager Libby.

Main Room

Our main room is our restaurant and bar area offering 62 seats in a calm, idyllic setting with a background music option of choice.
With an extra courtyard area holding up to 30 people seated.

This area offers:
– Separate tables for more professional events. Ideal for business lunches and presentations.
– Fully operational bar containing an extensive range of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
– Bespoke & set menus available
– Events manager on site for first point of contact at all times.

Monday/Tuesday 12:00-02:00hrs
Wednesday/Thursday 12:00-16:00hrs
Friday/Saturday NOT AVAILABLE
Sunday 19:00-02:00hrs

Library Room

Our Library Bar offers space for 75 people seated/140 standing. With the perfect function environment it is our most popular room to hire.

With an extra outside area holding up to 40 seated it is the perfect room for both large or intimate events.

This area offers:
– Large floor area for either seating or standing.
– Dance floor / LED Lighting for a party atmosphere.
– Big garden with optional heating for colder seasons.
– Fully operational bar offering an extensive range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
– Optional BBQ area.
– Event manager on site for first point of contact at all times.

Ideal for Christenings & Birthday Parties.

Champagne Bar

Our Champagne Bar area offers a private, luxury experience with us at Saxtys.
Perfect for the late night events on Friday & Saturday nights. The Champagne bar offers an exclusive experience at Saxtys – with the minimum hold of 22 people. It is the perfect place for a much more intimate event or party.

This area offers:
– Large floor area for either seated or standing.
– Comfortable and stylish booth seating.
– LED lighting for a party atmosphere.
– Private bar with no access from the public.
– Fully operational bar containing a range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks & a wide range of Champagnes.
– Event Manager on site for first point of contact at all times.

Room Options
Full decoration service from £250 – Choice of flowers / balloons / banners & table decor.
We can supply many different options of furniture from linen covered banquet tables to chair style & design.
Welcome drink option, a full wine menu and champagne / bottle packages.
Projector and screen available from £50.00.
DJ – 6 hours from £200.
Popcorn machine / candy floss machine available.
Personalised cocktail menu from £5.

Food Options
Canapés – from £10 per person
Pork Roast – from £5 per person (minimum of 40 people)
BBQ Hut in the garden area – from £10 per person (a rolling 3-hour BBQ feast of homemade burgers, hotdogs, wings, fries & salads)
Evening buffet – price depending
3 course meal – £30 per person
Center pieces – from £200 (such as fruit, pudding, chocolate fountain or cheese board)

Our head chef would be delighted to meet you and discuss options for your event and design a bespoke menu. He has many vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options.

Unfortunately due to insurance, food hygiene regulations and health & safety advice regarding allergens we cannot allow external catering.
